Modern luxury with a touch of industrial appeal has arrived at New Deshon, the latest exciting residential offering within Woolloongabba’s new residential, retail and lifestyle destination, ‘South City Square’.

Nestled within the visionary South City Square urban regeneration precinct, future residents at New Deshon will be spoilt for choice when it comes to luxury lifestyle opportunities, thanks to the precinct’s dedication to first-class retail, fine dining and innovative cafés, set around a large landscaped central urban square.

New Deshon is the second in a series of distinctive residential buildings to be developed throughout the precinct following a record sell out of stage one, ‘One South City’ late last year.

Once completed, residents will also enjoy immediate access to a full-line underground supermarket as well as a health and wellness precinct, an 8-theatre boutique cinema and a 144-room luxury 5-star hotel.

In addition to the public amenity featured throughout the masterplan, each building within South City Square also includes its own rooftop Residents Club featuring a host of exclusive resident amenities.

New Deshon will be no exception, with the building set to deliver an expansive rooftop pool, sundeck and access to the private on-site concierge service, where residents will be able to organise their dry-cleaning, arrange deliveries, order shopping and more, all at the click of a button.

New Deshon’s interiors, designed by internationally acclaimed firm, DBI Design, have been crafted to complement the building’s industrial design, and feature a distinctly luxurious aesthetic, boasting inclusions such as European oak timber flooring, ducted air conditioning, generous entertainers’ balconies, stone kitchen and bathroom surfaces and floor-to-ceiling glass which will flood each spacious apartment with natural light.

The interiors are set to include a range of premium inclusions such as rich carpeting and built-in joinery in light tones to ensure each residence has a warm and welcoming aesthetic.

Designer finishes throughout the apartments, from Gessi tapware and ILVE appliances through to mirrored glass splashbacks, soft-close cabinetry and recessed LED down-lighting elevate the New Deshon experience to one of true modern luxury.

Each residence includes secure underground parking and bicycle storage, in addition to the bountiful public transport options including trains, buses and ferries that are all within walking distance of South City Square.

Pellicano’s Queensland Development Manager, Michael Kent said the building’s unique design aimed to pay tribute to the suburb’s industrial heritage and charm, while at the same time creating an element of indulgence and modern lifestyle twist.

“Woolloongabba is such a vibrant area; it’s one of Brisbane’s most exciting growth hot-spots and is fast becoming an address of distinction. South City Square will contribute to the area’s expansion and will be ideally located just a stone’s throw away from the many public transport options and established retail and café culture that Woolloongabba is becoming famous for.

“The inclusion of luxurious touches such as the rooftop ‘Residents Club’, lap pool and sun deck will ensure residents live a life of style and convenience.

“South City Square’s first residential offering, One South City, reached 100 percent sold in record time. Buyers who missed out on stage one were exceptionally keen to invest in the project, so we have brought forward the release of New Deshon to satisfy this demand.

“As a result we have recorded a substantial number of registrations for this latest release and we are confident this project will prove popular with purchasers.

“Our vision for South City Square is to create a precinct that will transform the area and become a new destination for south Brisbane,” Michael said.

One, two and three bedroom apartments at New Deshon are priced from just $400,000 to $750,000 with secure carparking.

The South City Square onsite display suite is open 7 days. Interested parties can call 1300 788 122 to arrange a private appointment.
