South/City/SQ “Pronto Pilates Giveaway” Terms & Conditions

APRIL 16TH 2025 – MAY 15TH 2025

1. These Terms & Conditions apply to the South/City/SQ Pronto Pilates Giveaway and by participating, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Individuals must have an Instagram or Facebook account in order to access the social media-run promotion via @southcitysq.
3. Employees and their immediate families, of South/City/SQ and any agencies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. The promotional period commences at 7:00 AM AEST on16.04.2025 and remains an ongoing promotion until 15.05.2025 4:00 PM AEST
5. Winners will be emailed by Pronto Pilates South/City/SQ directly with the email provided via the sign-up form to confirm prize delivery by 23.05.2025
6. To enter the draw to win, an “Entrant” must, during the Promotional Period:
   a. Sign up to the South/City/SQ email database via the form on the social media ad
   b. Enter all fields required to complete the form and accept the Terms and Conditions by completing the form
7. There will be one (1) winner, drawn by Friday 23^rd May 2025. The winner will be randomly selected and will be notified by a direct email to the email entered in the sign-up form
8. The grand prize total value is: AUD $594 consisting of 6 months of the Pronto Pilates Lifestyle Plan valued at $99 per month redeemable at Pronto Pilates South/City/SQ Woolloongabba.
9. The prize must be claimed by May 31st and is subject to booking availability. If for any reason the winner does not acknowledge contact attempts and accept the prize by 05.06.2025 at 5pm AEST then the prize will be forfeited.
10. If the prize is unavailable, South/City/SQ, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
11. Proof of entry via screen shot of completed fields on the sign-up form or sign-up confirmation email may be required to validate entry and distributing the Prize. Failure to provide this to the Promoter upon request may result in an invalid entry.
12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request additional information and proof of identity to verify the validity of the Entrant (including an Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence), and to disqualify a non-complying entry, or acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person in connection with the Promotion. Identification required is at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
13. Receipt of entry is at the time of the Promoter receiving all Entry Requirements. Late, incomplete, indecipherable or ineligible entries will be invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed or misdirected entries.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final.
15. The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
