South/City/SQ “Mother’s Day Giveaway” Terms & Conditions

MAY 1ST 2024 – MAY 9TH 2024

1. These Terms & Conditions apply to the South/City/SQ Mother’s Day Giveaway and by participating, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Individuals must have an Instagram account in order to access the social media-run promotion via @southcitysq.
3. Employees and their immediate families, of South/City/SQ and any agencies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. The promotional period commences at 11:00 AM AEST on 01.05.2024 and remains an ongoing promotion until 09.05.2024 11:59 PM AEST
5. Winners will be direct messaged by South/City/SQ directly through Instagram (Meta) to confirm prize delivery by 10.05.2024 
6. To enter the draw to win, an “Entrant” must, during the Promotional Period:
   a. Follow the “@southcitysq” account on Instagram and remain a follower of that account for the remainder of the Promotional Period.
   b. Like, and comment on the @southcitysq (https://www.instagram.com/southcitysq/) designated promotional post on Instagram. Comment on the post, letting us know why your mother figure deserves to win this prize.
7. There will be one (1) winner, drawn on Friday 10th May 2024. The Promoter will be randomly selected and will be notified by a direct message on Instagram.
8. The grand prize total value is: AUD $459 consisting of Soja Studios: $170, Pelci Clinic: One Great Facial (60mins) valued at $169, Angelika Cinemas: Soho Experience for two (2 tickets, Bottle of wine, platter) valued at $120, Casa Chow: 30% discount on lunch. 
9. The prize must be claimed by May 31st and is subject to booking availability. If for any reason the winner does not acknowledge contact attempts and accept the prize by 31.05.2024 at 5pm AEST then the prize will be forfeited.
10. If the prize is unavailable, South/City/SQ, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
11. Entrants must retain a screenshot of all completed entry requirements as proof of entry. Proof of entry may be required to validate entry and distributing the Prize. Screenshots must clearly show the Entrant following @southcitysq, and has liked and commented on the promotional post. Failure to provide this to the Promoter upon request may result in an invalid entry.
12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to request additional information and proof of identity to verify the validity of the Entrant (including an Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence), and to disqualify a non-complying entry, or acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person in connection with the Promotion. Identification required is at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
13. Receipt of entry is at the time of the Promoter receiving all Entry Requirements. Late, incomplete, indecipherable or ineligible entries will be invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed or misdirected entries.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final.
15. The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
